Discovery Call (Free) 

Before even starting a trial, you will need to do a discovery call. We want to make sure this is a good fit for you and the trainer. It is important we have time to understand your goals before we get started.

6 Month Program

-Full Access to the Primal Movement and Nutrition Training portal. 

- Weekly Video Call

-Custom program with daily workouts and nutrition plan.

-24/7 Live chat support within training app with your trainer. Please be mindful normal working hours.

3 Month Programming Only 

If you do our trial and want to continue with something but now our 6 or 9 month program, we will still give you programming in 3 month periods. This does not include weekly video calls.

30 - 90 Trial ($100-$300)

If you are new to us we allow you to have up to 3 months on a trial rate. Only $100 a month for full access to everything included in our 6 and 9 month programs. 

9 Month Program 

Everything mentioned in 6 month program, this is just 3 months longer.
